Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. in Wallace, NC seeks a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, receive merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure the store remains clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store highly preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, restrooms, floors, and common areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
