Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Fort Oglethorpe, GA is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean, organized store.

You’ll assist shoppers, stock shelves, unload trucks, and ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and team members. Previous retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail customer service experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors
• Other duties as assigned
