Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, retail customer service experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are valued, along with reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform standing, walking, bending, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned*.
