Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support a busy store in North, South Carolina. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and maintain clean, stocked shelves to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, restocking, and upholding safety and courtesy for customers and fellow team members. Part-time role with opportunities for growth within a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
