Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Gresham, Oregon location. This part-time role focuses on delivering a great shopping experience through customer service, cashier duties, stocking, and cleanliness.

The position requires ability to lift 30–50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor with customers and team members. Join our team and support store operations daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions on assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
• Other duties as assigned.
