Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Bloomington store and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, and manage transactions at the register while upholding store standards.

We value strong communication, dependable teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions. This role requires lifting 30–50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, and helping stock, clean, and maintain a welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities required.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
