Job summary

AKHIRE INC. is seeking a Part-Time Retail/Customer Service Associate in Anchorage, AK. You will help customers, operate the POS system, and ensure an organized and welcoming store environment while handling donations and merchandise flow.

The role requires passing a background check and marijuana drug screen, must be 18+, and availability during weekends/evenings/holidays. Shifts are 4pm–9pm, five days per week, with open store hours 7 days.

Summary -Part-Time/Retail Customer Service Associate

This position supports front-end operations, processing, and donation receiving, ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Job Duties - Retail Customer Service Associate

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting and engaging with customers
• Operate cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system, handle transactions accurately, balance cash drawer, and complete daily register reports as required.
• Restock merchandise, create displays, and maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
• Receive, sort, and price donated goods
• Ensure sales floor, fitting rooms, donation and production areas, and restrooms are clean, safe, and efficient.
