Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of New Jersey LLC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help deliver a positive shopping experience at our Westhampton store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

You’ll represent the brand with friendly interactions, follow written procedures, and support safety and loss prevention while contributing to a productive, respectful team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Stock and recover merchandise and unload trucks as needed.
