Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Osage Beach, MO is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience. You will help customers with questions, process transactions at the register, and keep the store clean and well-stocked.

You will unload trucks, assist with stock replenishment, and maintain a safe, respectful environment. The role requires good communication, organization, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
