First Financial Bank is seeking an employee to perform Teller and/or Personal Banker duties in Abilene, Texas. You will handle deposits, service accounts, and promote banking products while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Must have a High School Diploma or GED with 12 months of customer contact/sales experience; banking experience is preferred. Flexibility for training travel and occasional weekend hours is expected.

• Process deposit and withdrawal transactions following bank policies.
• Provide customer service by selling and servicing accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRA).
• Cross trained in image capture processes and related duties.
• Support a Customer Service First sales culture and follow bank policies.
• Occasional travel to Abilene or other regions for training; weekend hours may apply.
