Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Bolingbrook, IL, is hiring a part-time Retail Store Associate to provide friendly and efficient service in a busy CVS store. You will help customers, handle cash, stock shelves, and support pharmacy and other departments as needed.

This role offers 25 hours per week, pay between $15 and $22 per hour, and benefits eligibility. A high school diploma is preferred, prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, and you’ll join a team focused on health and community.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and help locate items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and handle transactions.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and manage inventory.
• Assist with opening and closing store activities.
• Support other departments, including photo and beauty, with stock and services.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and participate in pharmacy shifts when needed.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
