Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and addressing issues.
• Greet customers warmly, offer help locating items and assist with inquiries.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and handle cash/transactions.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves and updating pricing.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when necessary and collaborate with departments.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
