Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Visual acuity to read screens and small print.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, assist with locating items, and offer help as needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and process payments.
• Maintain sales floor: restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing, and assist with inventory.
• Support opening and closing store activities and assist other departments as needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and support CVS services and loyalty programs.
