Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items as needed.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and process transactions.
• Maintain sales floor, restock shelves, and support pricing updates.
• Assist with opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Support departments including photo and beauty and ensure they are stocked and functional.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in pharmacy shifts for growth.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support health goals.
