Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Retail Store Associate in Indiana. You will provide outstanding customer service, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and assist in multiple departments including pharmacy when needed.

The role offers weekday flexibility and weekend shift frequency, with pay ranging from $15.00 to $19.00 per hour. This position emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and adherence to store policies while supporting CVS services and loyalty programs to enhance the customer

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties with cash, checks and cards.
• Maintain sales floor, stock shelves, and update pricing as directed.
• Assist in opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Support multiple departments including photo and beauty and stay updated on services and tools.
• Assist pharmacy staff when needed and pursue growth opportunities.
