Job summary

CVS Health Store Associates help deliver a welcoming, customer-focused shopping experience in a part-time role. You’ll handle checkout tasks, assist customers across departments, and support store operations, including pharmacy-related tasks, with opportunities for growth and development.

The position emphasizes friendly service, accuracy in transactions and a willingness to assist customers across beauty, photo and other departments while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma Or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, making eye contact, and offering help locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties—handling cash, checks and credit card transactions per policies.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and inventory tasks as directed by the store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and participate in pharmacy shifts as needed for growth.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers’ health journeys.
