Job summary

Enmarket is seeking a part-time Retail Operations Team Member for Hilton Head Island, SC. You will assist customers, keep the store clean and organized, and support daily operations to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting specials, and completing shift reports while adhering to safety guidelines. Must be at least 18, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to work a flexible schedule. Enmarket is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Able to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol as required under regulations.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds with proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, and store).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and sincere greeting; provide the best customer experience.
• Promote specials and suggest purchases to customers.
• Prepare shift reports at the end of the shift per guidelines.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the store environment.
• Operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently and follow safety programs.
