Job summary

Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies in Southern California is seeking a part-time team member to support daily store operations and customer service. You will contribute to meeting sales goals, maintain inventory standards, merchandising, and ensure a superior customer shopping experience.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed while being able to transfer to other stores if required. A high school education is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting sales goals and maintain store operations.
• Stocking, replenishment, signage, maintenance, and cleanliness in all areas, including the parking lot and store.
• Assist with cashiering, bagging and customer carry outs.
• Follow the attendance policy; arrive to work on time and ready to work.
• Capability to transfer to other stores if required.
• Other duties as assigned.
