Marshalls in Fort Worth is seeking a part-time associate to deliver exceptional customer service, process sales, and uphold store standards across departments. This role supports daily operations and helps maintain a clean, organized sales floor while engaging customers with smiles and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
