Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate in Arkansas to deliver friendly, customer-focused service and support a busy store team.

You will handle cashier transactions, restock shelves, assist pharmacy staff when needed, and promote CVS services and loyalty programs to help customers on their path to better health.

Competitive pay range is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, with benefits available for eligible part-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues.
• Greeting customers warmly and assisting with locating items.
• Handling cashier transactions accurately in line with policies.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking, updating pricing and inventory tasks.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed and staying current with services and tools.
• Promoting CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
