Goodwill Legacy Group is hiring 20+ Retail Associates for West Lafayette, Lafayette, and South Lafayette locations. Open interviews on Thursday, August 20, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 3229 Daugherty Rd, Lafayette, IN 47909.

Shifts include 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, Mon–Sat. Responsibilities span cashier, textiles/wares, donation door, and eCommerce production. The position emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and teamwork in a busy retail setting with part-time hours and an hourly wage of $12.00.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in achieving store goals by performing duties across roles (cashier, textiles/wares, donation door, eCommerce).
• Operate cash register and maintain balanced drawer while following cash handling procedures.
• Prepare and stage textiles/wares, ensure proper tagging and pricing, and keep sales floor organized.
