Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and handle transactions following policies.
• Restock shelves, update pricing and manage inventory tasks.
• Support opening and closing store activities.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and support pharmacy operations.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
