Job summary

ALDI is seeking enthusiastic part-time store associates to help stock, cashier, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You’ll work with the ALDI team to deliver friendly service and ensure shelves are stocked per merchandising standards.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with scheduled increases through Year 5. Anticipated hours are 25–29 per week, with availability across Friday through Sunday highly preferred. Benefits are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Ability to interpret and follow ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products per planogram.
• Cashier and handle customer transactions using POS system.
