Responsibilities

• Build friendly rapport and provide exceptional service through the T.R.E.A.T. model.
• Operate a cash register, handle transactions accurately, assist customers with inquiries, locations, and purchases.
• Promote company initiatives like donations, loyalty programs, and special offers.
• Maintain displays, restock areas, and uphold OSJL merchandising standards.
• Unload deliveries per company processes and prep merchandise for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.
• Understand, support, and implement safety protocols throughout the store.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and safe environment for customers and associates.
