Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Part-Time Retail Associate in Centralia, WA to help deliver outstanding in-store experiences. You will greet customers, understand their needs, demonstrate products, and make confident recommendations while supporting store operations and teamwork.

Responsibilities include handling cash register transactions, restocking, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a welcoming, clean shopping environment. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of retail experience.
• Experience operating POS systems and retail software.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
