Job summary

maurices is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Florence, KY location to help lead a team and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience. You’ll supervise a store team, assist customers, and ensure the store runs smoothly with strong service standards.

As a part-time role, you’ll focus on sales goals, staff development, and daily operations, including opening and closing procedures as a key holder. Prior customer service and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment.
• Experience in training and directing others.
