Chick-fil-A Findlay is seeking motivated Part-Time Team Members to deliver friendly service and high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. positions include Front of House and Back of House duties to support guest experience.

Front of House tasks focus on hospitality, taking orders, serving at the counter, and drive-thru, while Back of House roles emphasize food prep, assembly, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willing to work outside in drive-thru all-year-round (hot and cold).
• Be able to stand for long periods (3-8 hrs).
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests at the front counter.
• Bagging and serving meals.
• Making beverages and desserts.
• Cleaning the dining room, bathrooms and service areas.
• Taking guest orders in the drive-thru.
• Bread/prepare sandwiches and salads as needed.
• Assist with catering orders as required.
