Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance, custodial work, or general repairs preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Flexible schedules, including early mornings or late evenings, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen and restaurant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant areas including restrooms and dining spaces.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and report to management.
• Track maintenance supplies and restock as needed.
