Saratoga Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a Respite Care Worker for Home Services to provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals with daily care and medical needs. This part-time role offers meaningful work in a community-based setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with feeding, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and documenting care, while adhering to safety standards and coordinating with families and care teams.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: LPN, RN).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices).
• Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.
