Qualifications

• ACLS, BCLS and PALS required within specified timeframes.
• Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• RRT/RCP state credentials or NBRC-RRT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status through focused exams and auscultation.
• Deliver evidence-based respiratory therapies across care settings.
• Manage ventilation and airway support, including invasive and noninvasive modes.
• Educate patients and families; partner with care team for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment following infection prevention standards.
