Corewell Health Lakeland is seeking a part-time Respiratory Therapist at the St Joseph site to provide routine respiratory care under supervision. You will document procedures, ensure airway patency, and operate monitoring equipment, contributing to safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited respiratory therapy program pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree.
• Recent graduate with a degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program is acceptable.
• CRT/BLS certification required on hire (BLS by AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory procedures as prescribed by physicians under supervision.
• Document all respiratory care performed per policy.
• Ensure patent airway and adequate ventilation during CPR.
• Set up, operate, and monitor respiratory equipment under supervision.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine sterilization.
• Contribute to communication within the patient care team.
• Support professional growth and adhere to organizational values.
• Assist with department scheduling and coverage as assigned.
