Job summary

I Am Boundless in Parma, OH is seeking a Part Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct programming and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will assist with daily activities such as dietary, laundry, toileting, and housekeeping, contribute to a caring team, and help residents achieve independence. Schedule includes Sunday, Monday, Saturday shifts totaling about 26 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing.
• All candidates selected to undergo the pre-employment process will be required to complete a background check, drug screen, and health screen, as applicable for the role.

• As a Residential Specialist, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing direct programming and/or dietary/laundry/toileting/housekeeping support or other support to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
