Legend Senior Living® is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Caregiver for overnight shifts (11 PM–7 AM) in Pittsburgh. You will provide daily living support, assist with personal care, and help residents maintain dignity and comfort.

Join a team that emphasizes compassionate care, clear communication, and reliable documentation while supporting residents during night hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and alternating Thursdays.

Competenze

• Experience in compassionate caregiving settings preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements.
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff about urgent needs and concerns.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS--

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Resident Assistant/Caregiver. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by assisting them with their activities of daily living.

Responsibilities--

• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
