Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean and English (both spoken and written).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license within the U.S.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Zoom, MS Office, Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to work according to participants' schedules in different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly interventions with participants via chat in Simplified Korean or English.
• Maintain a research diary and manage communications for participant payments.
• Engage in recruitment activities to support the study.
