Qualifications

• Completion of, or ability to obtain, required human subjects research training.
• Experience supporting research studies involving human participants; experience with human-animal bond research preferred.
• Experience administering surveys and collecting research data.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to effectively engage older adult populations.
• Ability to conduct participant outreach and complete routine follow-up communications, including monthly well-being assessments by phone.
• Ability to accurately collect, document, and enter research data into databases and other recordkeeping systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collect, document, and enter research data into Microsoft Excel, Word, and other data management systems to support analysis and reporting.
• Conduct routine phone-based follow-up with study participants to assess well-being, collect research data, and provide study-related information as needed.
