  • Communication and Correspondence: draft emails, coordinate meetings with study team and collaborators.

This position will support research projects related to medical decision making, communication quality analysis and mixed methods research occurring in a variety of settings that include rural, urban, underserved communities and other healthcare settings. Specific duties include but are not limited to:IRB and Regulatory Coordination: Manages submissions, amendments, and renewals to keep studies compliant and on schedule.Grant Lifecycle Support: Assists with application assembly, deadlines, and subaward documentation from proposal through closeout.Project and Timeline Management: Tracks milestones across studies and keeps priorities visible and on track.REDCap Database Entry and Support: Handles data entry, form building, and troubleshooting to keep study databases accurate and current.Communication and Correspondence: Drafts emails, coordinates meetings, and manages day-to-day correspondence with study team and external collaborators.This position is part-time and temporary for up to 24 hours per week that we are looking to fill as soon as possible.Applicants should have prior experience in an administrative or research support role, strong written and verbal communication skills, and familiarity with standard research practices, IRB processes, and regulatory documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well independently and as part of a team, and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
