Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care to clients in Maine.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training so you can focus on care. You can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and residing in Maine (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist).
• Available for at least 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Comfortable using telehealth and electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling to clients in Maine with compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Build and manage a caseload, progressing toward full capacity within 90 days of credentialing.
• Collaborate with Thriveworks clinical community and utilize telehealth and EHR tools.
• Maintain high-quality care and client progress through documented sessions.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Maine. About the Role

We're hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Maine — LCPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist


• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly


• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children


• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress


• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools


• A good teammate - we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $60,300.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
