Thriveworks in Virginia is recruiting licensed clinicians to provide telehealth therapy to clients nationwide under a hybrid care model. You must be independently licensed in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD) and commit to at least 20 hours per week and 15 sessions, serving diverse client needs including couples and children.

The role emphasizes measurable progress, collaboration with a clinical community, and seamless use of telehealth and EHR tools.

That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.
