Job summary

Qualifications

• Gottman Method Level 1 training within 90 days of employment.
• Emotionally Focused Therapy training for couples is required or highly desirable.
• Evening and weekend availability for in-office sessions.
• Experience with individuals, couples and families; high professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions in a clinical setting.
• Work with clients facing relationship distress, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Document therapy sessions and client progress in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Engage in supervision and continued professional development.
