Job summary

Delaware Museum of Nature and Science seeks a Registration Assistant to help manage registration, record keeping and administrative tasks across Education programs.

Under supervision, you will support guest services at the front desk, assist with school tour check-in, and help with event logistics while upholding high standards of safety and visitor care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in a museum setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 20 lbs; strong communication skills.
• First aid / CPR / AED certified or willing to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Process registration for museum initiatives and programs.
• Assist with front desk operations, guest reception and tours.
• Maintain attendance, payments and program records.
• Support safety, scheduling and event logistics as needed.
• Provide excellent guest experiences and inform visitors about exhibits.
