Job summary

Health Marketing in Georgia is seeking an RN Clinical Periop Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the operating room for general surgery as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, effective communication with patients and families, documentation, and involvement in protocol development and performance improvement. Work hours are days, Monday to Friday, with call.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Associates or diploma in nursing; Bachelors preferred.
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Strong clinical, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs.
