Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
• Monitor the status of residents and consult with nurse management as needed.
