Summit Spine and Joint Centers seeks a self-motivated Registered Nurse to join our Greenville ASC clinic on a part-time basis. You will manage patient care using established guidelines and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality spine and joint care.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, administering medications, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and using clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Current, valid RN license in NC with good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with medical software and patient care equipment.

Mansioni

• Effectively manage the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment and decision-making for the area and patient population.
• Deliver patient care utilizing evidence-based guidelines, including resources, personnel, services, supplies and equipment.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms, administer medications, and document encounters and progress notes.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
• Educate patients about health maintenance, disease prevention and care plans; provide emotional support to patients and families.
