LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a skilled registered nurse to provide inpatient care, assess, treat, medicate, and coordinate care under established standards. You will develop and evaluate individualized care plans while addressing patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.

The role works in a newly established unit with private rooms, primarily evening/night shifts, and every other weekend/holiday.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Nursing program with current licensure or eligibility for a Temporary Practice Permit.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a new, dynamic nursing environment.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and education.
• Delegates and supervises tasks based on staff skills, patient acuity, and needs.
• Participates in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
• Promotes teamwork, problem-solving, and troubleshooting of clinical equipment.
• Supports unit and organizational goals through active participation and accountability.

Role Overview:

Provides direct inpatient nursing care, including assessments, treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, in accordance with established standards. Responsible for formulating, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans while addressing patients’ physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
