Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Roswell and Canton clinics on a part-time basis. You will work closely with physicians and clinical teams to deliver spine and pain management care while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with patients and families.
• Experience with EMR and clinical equipment preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care for assigned patients using sound clinical judgment and evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes in symptoms or behaviors to the appropriate provider.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and accurately document patient encounters and progress notes.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care team members to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
• Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients and their family members throughout the care process.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.

In this role, you will work closely with physicians and clinical teams to deliver specialized spine and pain management care while ensuring a positive and supportive patient experience. Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Additional Benefits

• $10/hour differential when traveling outside of your assigned region
• Lodging provided for assignments requiring travel beyond 3 hours
