Qualifications

• Willingness to submit a Livescan Fingerprint clearance.
• Willingness to attain a TB Screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional personal care services.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Document services provided and report to the Executive Director.
• Assist with medication self-administered by clients.
• Provide transportation assistance.
