Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Bremerton, WA for 24 hours per week. The position offers a flexible schedule with potential hybrid hours.

Responsibilities include clinical nutrition assessments, documenting via the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaboration with the care team, completing the MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and making wound/weight-change recommendations.

Qualifications

• Credentialed by the CDR.
• Dietetic licensure.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using Nutrition Care Process in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Provide recommendations for wounds and weight changes.
