Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. This part-time role offers approximately 14-16 hours per week with a potential hybrid schedule based on facility needs.

In addition to routine nutrition assessments, MDS completion, and care planning, you will monitor resident weights and nutrition risk, participate in at-risk meetings, and conduct meal rounds with on-site visits during

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required.
• Active state licensure or certification, as applicable.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required.
