Job summary

Pepperell Dental Associates is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist for a part-time schedule (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9a–5p). You’ll deliver preventive care, educate patients, and work with a collaborative team to support long-term oral health.

Massachusetts RDH license and current CPR certification are required, along with excellent communication and a patient‑focused approach. We offer uncapped hygiene bonuses and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RDH licensure is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Excellent communication and patient‑education skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care.
• Perform assessments, prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing.
• Take digital radiographs and document clinically.
• Educate patients on oral health and at-home care.
• Partner with doctors to create individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe, organized clinical environment per OSHA standards.
