Job summary

Great Strides ABA in San Marcos, TX seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to support individuals with autism by implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. This part-time, contract role offers hands-on therapy, data collection, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will work in person, provide 1:1 sessions, and help clients with ADLs while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• RBT certification is required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
